St Helier is the main town and its here that visitors can find the Elizabeth Castle and Hermitage; the Jersey Museum and the Maritime Musuem. Jersey is also home to many fine museums detailing the island's occupation during the second World War. The Belvedere is the Merton Hotel's main restaurant serving breakfast and a carvery buffet dinner. Open throughout the day; Bonetti's offers a popular brasserie-style menu; specialising in fresh continental food. From a quick drink to burgers and steak sandwiches; Jersey Joe's is the ideal venue. The Boulevard Lounge forms the heart of the hotel serving juices; alcoholic drinks; speciality coffees; tea and cakes. When it comes to entertainment; the Star Room has it all and guests can enjoy professional nightly entertainment during peak season. Kiplings Pub is also available. The Merton hotel is located on Belvedere Hill in St Helier. The Jersey Museum is within a short walk of the hotel and Jersey's main shopping area is nearby.
